Kia ora whanau
My name is Rebekah Corlett (nee Gush) my mum is Cilla Gush, my dad is Sam Manuel – son of Whioparae Manuel (also known as wish manuel/manuera) & Ereti (Lettie) Kirikino.
I would like to learn more about my grandparents as I know very little about them. I know my grandfather was a member of the maori battalion & my nannys mothers name was Te Rina Ward. Would love also to hear from any whanau out there & find out how we are all connected in the Manuel Jose family tree 🙂
I have a daughter – Sophia, 2 yrs, she is apparently the image of her nanny lettie. Would love to see some pics of her as I have only one from the rongohaere website.
